In late April to mid-May, a sea of 4.5 million blue flowers spills over the fields at Japan's Hitachi Seaside Park, which is right by the Pacific Ocean. Talk about an incredible view—Traveler's Caitlin Morton refers to the park as a "whimsical Dr. Seuss landscape."
