As previously reported by Traveler, Hitsujiyama Park in Chichibu, Japan, makes a dramatic landscape with Mount Buko in the background—especially when the "pink moss" blooms. Known as shibazakura, the plant produces "a carpet of pink and purple blooms during the spring."
