Had one of the BEST customer service experience in years!!! After requesting a call through Yelp to get estimate for a tent treatment I received a call from James (786)359-6430 in less than 10 minutes; he was punctual arriving to my house and to my surprise after inspecting he recommended just an area treatment which resulted in a substantial reduction in my cost, including a 1yr. guarantee; if the problem returns within that time and if a tent is needed, he will credit me for this treatment. Once again he was punctual and thorough treating the areas; its been 3 weeks and I have not seen any signs of termites. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND James to anyone and definitely send my relatives and friends if they need pest control.

I sent a request for an estimate almost at 10 pm and received a message back right away from Elman. He asked if we could talk and we did. He asked me about my problem and we set up a time. He came out on a Saturday and inspected my apt for possible entry points. I explained how I would hear a possible mouse within my walls. He was honest and said that he didn't see evidence of feces or urine. He could have charged me and laid down some traps but he didn't. He also didn't charge anything for coming out and inspecting. I appreciate his honesty and time

These people over promise (over charge) and under deliver. I paid about $1000 to get rid of a rat problem in a 150 sq ft storage room and sanitize the room and contents when the rats were gone. After having to make dozens of phone calls to get them to come back to get rid of the rats, literally months, I think they are gone. The sanitizing which cost $375 was a joke. They spend 15 mins spraying something in the room living it full of rat crap and urine. When I told them I wanted to inspect the room after the sanitizing before they left, they left without telling me. They are telling me sanitizing doesn't mean getting rid of the rat waste. Are they kidding. Right now I continue to struggle with getting the horrid smell out of the room. They offered to help me find a cleaning girl to clean the room. Again, are they kidding, you can't even enter the room without the smell making you ill. They have a lot of nerve using the symbol of Christianity in their logo. This is not the way a Christian or anybody should do business. BTW I never questioned their price. I just wanted them to deliver. They sweet talk you, but do not deliver.

Since 1970 I have ran the day to day operations of many companies and have had the opportunity to learn many skills. My experience in the agricultural chemical industry has given me a great advantage in Pest Control due to my extensive knowledge of chemical compounds and how they work. My strongest field and the longest time spent has been in the pest control industry. My experience in general household pests, lawn and ornamental, termites and tent fumigation for over 30 years are matched by few in my surrounding area.
Due to my extensive experience, many pest control companies in the area call me for to identify problems, advice on treatments and identify insects.

Small pest control company that does great work! You pick days & times for bi-monthly service, & the technician has ALWAYS BEEN ON TIME. When I needed specialized pest treatment months ago (rice beetles brought in with pasta), Great FL Services came right out, used a specialized product, & got rid of all the bugs. Highly recommend!!

As a homeowner, nothing scares you more than knowing your home has termites. After talking with representatives from a few companies, I didn't feel comfortable with the answers I was receiving.
