I never go to a salon but when I do I like to try new places. Finding a good salon on a Sunday is close to impossible but here was Bleach open until 8 pm!
I called and made my appointment and as soon as I got there I was sold. The salon is split in two spaces and looks like a barber shop but they attend to both men and women. So bad but I never even asked my stylists name and highly regretting because she was super sweet and did an excellent job with my hair. I only needed a little more than a trim straight across because I have very thick wavy hair and spend most of the week with it straightened and she did a wonderful job.
When I was done I felt brand new and knew that I would definitely be back. Thank you Bleach for having wonderful staff that knows what they're doing!

Ripped off. Went for a shave and they Had no barber. Charged me $45 for a 5 min. beard trim. Also messed up my side burns, one side came up higher than the other. Now I have to wait months until it grows back. Never coming back. I'm really mad.

I don't want a complimentary haircut. I need my money back. Go to your system and cancel my transaction. You cannot fix an uneven sideburn. the hair needs time to grow back. your employee should have been honest with me and told me that she messed up before I found out on my own. What is done is done, and I did ask for a shave, it was the only reason I went in in the first place. your receptionist should have just said we cannot help you today, instead of selling me a 5 minute trim with a trimmer. I could have done that at home and at least I wouldn't have ruined my sideburns.

Best place ever!!!! On Sunday I did a super short haircut. I decided for a style and the next day after I showered I saw that I have to many hair and it wasn't working for me. So I call them and talk to them about the problem I was having. So I gente back and no additional charge they fixed it and make it look perfect !!!!!
Best costumer service ever since the first moment I went they treated me super super nice and their work is profesional and amazing.
I'm in love with this place. Definitely excellent for any treatment, color and cut.

My first time here - what an awesome salon. Beautifully decorated by an Italian owner and the staff are polite, professional and very sweet.
My hair stylist was Eve - a very careful trim - and fantastic blow out.
The receptionist Andrea makes sure to set you up with the right stylist for your hair type!
I had an excellent experience.
The wash, cut and blow out was $80 and I have waist length hair.

Horrible they damaged my hair
Rude rude rude and unprofessional aside from burning my hair they charged me 200$ more than what I was quoted I don't recommend this place to anyone never again

More than happy with how my hair turned out!!! Took 9 - 91/2 hours and the staff and especially the lady doing my hair made sure I was okay throughout the entire process.

I already had a short pixie cut and went in for highlights, toner, and a haircut. FIVE HOURS later I finally walked out of the salon. 15 minutes before my appointment I was contacted (by that time I was already parking by the salon) and told that my colorist was running behind. Fine. I showed up at the later time they told me they'd be ready. Still, even coming in later, I had to wait another 30 minutes for the colorist to finish the previous client. She took forever with the highlights and toner and then rushed me off to the owner for my haircut. He started working on my hair but stopped and told me that he could still see that it was brassy and sent me back to the colorist. She had started on the next client and made me wait until she finished. Finally, after she had reapplied color I was ready to continue my haircut but the owner had left the salon to run errands! What?! I had made an appointment 2 weeks earlier because I specifically wanted my current pixie cut to be revamped by the owner. How could he just leave when he had a client?? The receptionist said she had texted him and hadn't heard back to see if he was returning. I waited and waited and waited. He did return to the salon and flippantly apologized. In the end, I'm happy with how my haircut turned out. I HATE the color. And, I will NEVER return to this salon again. I mean, come on. 5 hours? When I walked in with a short pixie cut already? And wasn't asking for anything unusual with the color?

For the past few months, Bleach has been my go-to for all hair care needs. I called in very last minute one day to schedule an emergency styling. Becky styled my hair and was able to achieve the look I was going for. Since then I've continued to come back and even switched hair salons. Today I came in for a touch up and to lighten my balayage. She exceeded my expectations and always goes above and beyond for her clients. During the time my hair was processing she offered to pick up lunch at My Ceviche for me. Talk about great customer service! I would highly recommend Bleach Hair Addiction. Their entire staff is friendly and I love that the salon is very quaint and comfortable.

This review is for Ashley! I met her at my consultation and found her to be professional, friendly, and accommodating. She was able to take my dark Asian hair with an warm balayage to a beautifully blended all over ashy blonde in one session! I was amazed. I had consulted two different salons who said it couldn't be done but Ashley made it happen! I've gotten many compliments already and my hair still feels good and not fried (something I was afraid of).
Also, I found out that they have a 2 week offer where if there's something I'd like to fix, I can do it within that period. The results are definitely worth the price and this offer was the icing on the cake making me feel self-assured in my decision to try Bleach for the first time. I will definitely come back to maintain this look!

I've been going to Bleach now for almost 3 years! I'm proud to say it has been the longest relationship I've ever had with a hair salon. WHY? THEY ARE CONSISTENT! I can go knowing that anyone at the salon can color my hair and I'll leave looking LIKE MYSELF. Luca the owner is a phenomenal cutter for short hair and Eddies blow-drying skills are top notch! Hella fun environment, chill relaxed people yet VERY professional!!!

Walked in and was greeted with a smile by a nice young woman at the desk. It was the only smile I would see in the place.
I was introduced to my stylist who immediately sent me to sit in the chair. OK so far. I sat in "the chair" and almost immediately the woman cutting someone's hair next to me told, with absolutely no humanity in her tone, not to sit there to go sit on the couch.
I move and look towards my stylist who is in a discussion with the girl at the desk about something to do with her pay or money. I wait because I'm really looking forward to walking in to work with fabulous hair.
And I wait some more,and then more as she argues about a check or whatever. I get her attention so she asks me to sit on another chair. She ask me what I want and I begin to explain but... her response was curt and condescending.
She made it seem like I was wasting HER TIME when I had just sat waiting and watching her argue about money for 20 min.
I finally made her feel she had made the right decision on what to do with my hair. So I figure we'll get on with it after being there for over 1/2 hour. But no, she walked to the desk to tell the girl what she was going to charge me.$470.
And then I lost her to her money argument again, after 5 minutes I said goodbye.
Bad experience. Parking is expensive if you are going to spend hours at salon. Bad.

Love! Love! Love this place!! And Becky! Highlighting your hair can be scary! And something to take very seriously. I never thought so, I've been blonding my hair from very dark, for 14 years. Until last year I had a horrible experience when a hair stylist from a low price salon ( name I won't mention, but it rhymes with Bare Buttery) over processed my highlights by leaving the foils in too long, even worse with high heat! As she ran the brush through my hair, all the hair that she had bleach broke at the root. I cried for days.
I've been very traumatized since. Still I wanted to maintain my blonde. I was lost as to what to do..... Until by googling "best highlights Miami"..... Bleach Hair Addiction popped up, and ultimately..... I found Becky.
Becky has been amazing! I'm not an easy client. I'm a nervous wreck, at the edge of the chair the entire time. "Maybe we should check it" "I think it's been long enough" I exclaim far more than I should. Becky is kind and understanding. She eases my worries. She is protective and patient with her approach; which I love so much. And she truly knows blonde hair and the multi-process, attention to detail formula that it truly takes. I would recommend her to anyone looking for the ultimate blonde look! Whether your going for a natural ombré look or a platinum blonde. Becky knows.

I'm coming back there for the 3rd time already, and I will update this review. I love this place!
Las time I was here was on April 9th for a haircut when I had my hair already short, but super damaged because I bleached it myself, and Luca was the one who cut my hair... I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!
Luca has marvelous hands! Have you seen him on Instagram? He works like "Edward Scissorhands", the movie. He's like blended with his scissor when he cuts your hair and I found out that he has both, the ability to LISTEN TO YOU and give you whatever you want your hair to look like, OR simply do something MARVELOUS out of your hair if you want it to. The only thing you have to do is ASK!
And how did I found that about him? OK. Easy way. I took LOTS of pictures of what I thought I wanted of my hair so he could COMPLETELY understood what I thought I was looking for, and he started cutting my hair while I was looking myself at the mirror, and even when I was seeing that he was doing EXACTLY what I asked him to, I didn't like how it looked like on me... It was totally different that the pictures, becasue - of course, is not the same type of hair, same face, etc... And when he saw my unhappy face, he just said, "I could do something really cool, is gonna be a little shorter, but you're gonna like it". Since what I wanted was a pixie cut that looked super modern and not like an old lady AT ALL, when he told me "he got me", I trusted him, and GOSH! Thank God I trusted him! THIS GUY IS AN ARTIST!!!!
Since I was SUPER nervous and anxious, he offered me a glass of wine - which I LOVE, and I couldn't stop talking the whole time, but the result was AMAZING!! I LOVE THIS GUY TO DEATH...! And I would never, EVER, put my head under someone else's hands.
I forgot to make this review on April 9, 2017, when I went there, but I won't forget updating this review TODAY, 6/29/2017 when I'm super excited to go again.

I'm not one to write a bad review but I've also never had a haircut so bad beyond repair. The fact that Luca was on his phone through out cutting my hair, should have been a red flag. I asked for my layers to be cut one length and side bangs at my eyebrow.
Rather than gradually cutting my wet hair into bangs, he just chopped it off. When it dried I realized my bangs were cut way too short. He then he went ahead to "touch up and texture" my hair.. Giving me patchy layers. I think the layers were a way to fix a chunk of hair he cut too short, because there's a piece in the back of my head that doesn't blend with bottom layer.
My hair is too short to wear up and no matter what I do I can't pin back these fugly bangs. At least they gave me my money back.
