Great cut and blow dry by Kim! Loved the salon and the people! A bit pricey but well worth it since my usual stylist was unavailable. This will definitely be my plan B anytime my regular hair dresser is unavailable.

Where do I begin? Well, I ended up at this salon by mistake but it was not really a mistake because God's plan is perfect and I thank Him for leading me here. Kim did my blow dry and she was just amazing!!! I had my 3 year old daughter with me and Kim offered to do her hair as well. And I'll tell you that washing and blow drying my toddler's hair is no easy task! But Kim did it effortlessly with so much love and patience. She even moved the chair my toddler was sitting in into the makeup room (where I was having makeup applied) so she could see me while Kim finished her hair. And she didn't stop there! She also painted my daughter's nails afterwards. My daughter was sooooo happy when we left! I also have to give credit to Yuya for the beautiful job with my makeup! Yuya was also so great with my daughter, she applied eyeshadow on my little diva which made her day that much better!

I will definitely be returning and referring this salon to all of my friends and family.

Small intimate salon that delivers. After ten years of not visiting a salon because of bad experiences, I took a leap of faith and came to Kim for a fresh look. I was not disappointed! Love my new color, my hair feels better than it did before and she knew just how much to take off when I told her I'd like to let it grow. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Also, they run on time which is a huge plus for me, I have no patience!

I love coming to this place, from the moment you entered  you are welcomed with kindness, happiness, soft music and a cup of coffee or glass of wine is offered. I usually come to do my hair; I have gone from brunette to blonde to cooper and in every change my hair looks amazing! The products they use are the best quality and the hair cuts are incredible as you can tell they are done with passion.

Third time coming to this salon and they never disappoint. Adriana is my stylist and her work is outstanding! You can tell she's passionate about her job and cares for the clients. Unlike other salons, the staff at Reinaldo's salon care more about looking out for you than money. Today I got a manicure done while I waited for my hair dye to set and I really like how my nails came out! I've tried many salons but there is non like Reinaldo's. They use excellent products and are current with styles and techniques not to mention that the staff makes you feel like you're family. I already made my next appointment to return!

This place is to be avoided at all costs!! The owner is incredibly rude and the Y-name Cuban manicurist there is every awful stereotype about Miami-- rude, ignorant, "chusma," and trash talks everyone behind their backs. I was incredibly uncomfortable there, seeing how they spoke about their clientele (thought this white girl didn't speak Spanish, they were wrong) once they left and how they spoke about overcharging people. The products and services there are already overpriced! You would think they would value customer service.... Nope. Trashiest owner and manicurist I have ever encountered!!

I saw Reinaldo for the first time today to retouch and tone down my highlights and he did an amazing job. He was very nice, easy to talk to, listened, and did exactly what I asked for. Communication is very important between a client and a hairstylist. Very pleased with the outcome! He's got a new client

My first time here and it was a great experience overall. I went in with a totally different idea of what I was going to do with my hair after getting botched by another hairdresser. Adriana recommended what I should do to "fix" my hair and she did an awesome job! Super professional and nice too! I definitely recommend her!

First time coming to this salon! I'm not too big on switching up on hair stylists but WOW am I surprised at how nice the staff was, the environment was so relaxing, and my hairstylist Adriana did an amazing job on my hair! I literally wanted to cry of tears because she did exactly what I asked for and she focused on every detail & put so much time into it. I came in with a terrible "ombre" from a previous hairstylist who obviously did not know what he was doing and she was able to fix it up! it was a drastic change! Color came out perfect and she even added a touch of curls at the end! Made me so happy! Definitely coming back to her! :)

RUDENESS IS CONTAGIOUS HERE. The owner is incredibly rude and makes a big difference in the atmosphere of the place (compared to when I have gone and she isn't there). I have gone there for over a year to get my nails done. In that time, I have seen her speak poorly about customers after they have left (while I'm in a separate room, getting a wax, but can still hear her) and have seen her offer coffee or tea to everyone and ignore me. Her tone and demeanor demonstrate how a low-class, unprofessional business is run.

I have been coming to KDBS for almost 9 years. I buy all my Beauty products here, they have a wide selection of professional brands and reasonable prices. I also have my hair done there. I used to get my hair styled by Reinaldo and he is a amazing however, me my schedule I was unable to get an appointment when he was at this location. I recently started getting my hair done by Adriana and she is absolutely amazing. She cuts, blow dries and colors beautifully. She is focused and pays attention to detail. The staff there is always welcoming and I always enjoy coming here to get my hair done. I would recommend this place to everyone... High quality professional staff, reasonable prices and located in the heart of Kendall.... What more can you ask for?

I came here last week  for the first time to get my hair trimmed because i desperately needed a trim : ). Although, i never made an appointment  i was greeted by a polite and friendly staff and i waited about 15 minutes to see the stylist . She did a really go job and cut about 2 inches off my hair like i told her to and i was happy with the hair style. The only problem i had was that she would stop and talk on her phone which i think was totally annoying. The cut was $ 35.00 much cheaper than Peter of London so i saved a few dollars .
