We just moved in 3 days ago to find roaches in every room.
Pete the inspector arrived under 24 hours after our call and seemed to have our back.
Told us our landlord had a full investation of German roaches going on, and he synced with the office to ask for Sean the tech to head down 1 hour after the free inspection to lay traps and spray the apartment.
Sean was awesome, informative and thorough, and will be back for a check up in a few weeks.

You wait all morning for the fumigator to arrive but then an inspector arrives with a flashlight and his quote is way way off from original quote. Now I'm expected to wait the afternoon for the technician to do the job? No way Jose!

Hulett presumably eradicated the rodent problem in February 2019. The rats returned in August. They were not willing to financially work with this customer at any level - manager PC (who visited the property and could find no obvious points of rodent entry) spoke to his 'supervisor' who then called and exaggerated the 6 month time-frame to "almost a year." If he had offered to remove the rats for a hundred or even two, I'd have probably agreed. Instead, it was $405 plus $79 every 3 months. With that standard answer, they risked me saying "no" and going to one of their competitors...and they lost. The 'phone book' is full of exterminators - don't bother with Hulett.

Overall a very negative experience with Hulett. They dispatched the gentleman for the free inspection to the wrong address and kept us waiting for over 2 hours before returning. Then during his inspection he did very little inspecting and would not even look at the problem area, instead he was quick to offer a quote and rude to my mother. I do not recommend their services after this experience.

Their scheduling is impossible.
You set a date/time, they call a different number to revise/confirm, then to change it, then don't show for 2-3 hours after they'd confirmed...
You call the office and 1 gal - well, I hope to never speak to such a non-customer service rep again!
I can't say how effective their product is; except to note we've thousands of ants inside now that they're treating outside. lol

We called and they were able to accommodate us very quick. Chris did an initial consultation for termites and perimeter control. He was very straight forward and knowledgeable. After providing us various quotes without making us feel pressured (vs. competitors). We decided to go with him. The day of the job, he was quick, precise and thorough. Couldn't ask for better service, stand up guy! . A++

If you made repairs to your home and need a termite letter (aka pretreat) call this company.
I reached all the big names, which were clueless what service I needed. When I called Royal Pest they directly knew what I required, quoted me a reasonable price and got work done.

Royal Pest Control is a good choice when looking to protect your home from ants, roaches, termites and more. Josh was highly informative about the evidence and the treatment. He explained how wood eating termites take a long time to eat wood and subterranean are fast eating. He was not high pressure and did not use cheap tactics to sell me the services. I will definitly be using this company for pest control.
Josh showed up on time. Called a few minutes prior to let me know he was on his way. The van was clean and presentable. I felt comfortable with the whole process

I called Royal Pest & Termite to come and give me an inspection and a quote to how much it would be to conquer our pest issue. I was giving a reasonable inspection time and they came out as promised but the "inspection" was 1-2-3 which I'm ok with because the property isn't huge and in their expertise, I'm sure they could spot right away the issue. But then I was told I would be given a report and a quote within 48 hours (which I thought was insane because the guy had his iPad in his hand and I'm sure he could have just typed it up on the spot...especially because the whole "inspection" was less than 5 mins.) He did verbally tell me a ballpark pricing (which was higher than the competition) But then I never heard back from them. No email no phone call nothing.

HORRIBLE!!!! I'll never recommend them to anyone! I waited all day for a job that was never done. I wonder who wrote all these 5 star reviews...
I contacted this company due to a termite infestation I had at my house. They were very responsive, and sent me a contract to sign. When I got the contract I noticed the address was wrong so I corrected it and wrote an email to the company letting them know the address was wrong. I also noticed "the shed" was not included as it was in the quote so I added it and also let them know.
The company never sent anyone out to my property. I thought maybe that was normal since I had never tented my house in the past, and some companies are vert techy and maybe they used google map or looked at the property online. The tenting was set for Saturday from 8:00 am to 11:00 am. My husband and I went to bed the day before at around 2 am packing all of our things, and our son's things. We also had to find a place and made arrangements to stay outside of the property for 3 days.
The day of the tenting, it was raining a lot so it was moved to 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, then 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, then 5:00 pm. I was in contact with Chris all day. At that point, I contacted the company to express my dissatisfaction. Melissa assured me that they could still provide quality work because the reps were used to the type of job, and that I had to be patient, etc.. so I said: ok, maybe this is how it works, I don't want them rushing at another person's house and doing a bad job so I'll wait.
At 6:30 pm a man comes to my house. I walk out for the first time to meet him, and he has no shirt on, flip flops, and gold teeth. First impression. But whatever, although I didn't think it was professional, and kind of disrespectful considering it was the first time we ever met, I wasn't going to judge anyone based on their appearance and just wanted to get the job done.
I showed him what I needed and he said it was too LATE and he couldn't do it also because what I was requesting was not on his paper work. It wasn't his fault. I woluldn't have wanted to do it either after working all day and not even having it as part of the job. We both called the company, no one knew what went wrong, everyone was on a different page, and ultimately the guy left my house after waiting for approximately 35 mins while I was on the phone with the company.
Point is... I will never recommend them to anyone. They wasted my time and my money. This is not the way a company should do business. I felt disrespected to say the least. Thankfully my card was never charged. Melissa and Chris were nice; however, nice is not what I needed, I needed a competent company to get the job done. Unfortunately that was not them. This is just my personal experience.

I don't always write reviews. However, I must give credit where credit is due. Royal Pest went above and beyond. 1st they beat out 2 other estimates from their competitors. 2nd yesterday's weather was absolutely terrible by my house. They kept giving me a play my play update for their arrival time since weather was hindering them. I was nervous being in my house with the lightening and thunder. I can only imagine being atop a roof. They got to my house before I did. Low and behold, as the clouds rolled in, they were already on the roof busting their butts to get my house done. We did a walk through and I realized I totally forgot to empty my pantry. The owner Chris even helped me box it up. I highly recommend Royal Pest Termite. I'm also a realtor and they will definitely be my go to recommendation for all my clients. You just don't see service like this nowadays. Great job guys!!! Thanks again.

This is the third time I've used Mateo for termite tenting. We've used him for multiple properties and have been happy with his work each time. They are professional, fairly priced, and get the job done. I highly recommend them.

Walked through the house with me, inspected everything and wouldn't leave until I was satisfied. I highly recommend him and his crew for all your pest needs. First rate customer service from the start with phone convo with Raphael Matteo, even in the start of spring.
First you should know that spring is termite season and the swarms mean you got termites, and so does everyone else and his uncle.
I phoned Orkin, they never showed up to appointment, Terminix came but never passed me an estimate, Huillet was more expensive and didn't seem too interested in my business.
Matteo was thorough, came to his appointment on time and explained thoroughly what was going on and what had to be done.
He came out an additional time to explain again to me the price so I was comfortable with it and we agreed on a date.
He left me thorough instructions printed and by email. With a reminder by text the day before tenting.
Easy going Professional team of great workers -headed by Matteo -appeared at 9am and began the tenting. Matteo looked around the home to make sure all was in order and the team of workers set up their task. Within an hour we were ready to go with the gas.
It's a three day process, you need to prep the house and be out of it for 3 days. So it becomes an issue especially with little animals.
Matteo has followed up on several occasions to ensure that I was satisfied. He also took care of a rodent issue.
Highly recommended for their integrity and professionalism. I hope you never need it but if you do - they are the team to call.

Mateo was an absolute delight to work with and I would recommend him to anyone who needs pest control. Not only was he responsive, but he was kind, friendly, and went above and beyond. Mateo explained clearly what needed to be done, answered every question I had, and even helped me clear my kitchen of all the food that needed to be removed (without me asking him to do so).
If you've ever been in a situation where you're actually joyed to pay someone for their service because of how nice they are, you'll know how I felt after working with Mateo. As frustrating as it is to have a termite issue, he helped to greatly ease the stress. Two months later, no issues nor regrets in using his service.
I'm impressed by Mateo, as a person and professional, and am grateful to him and his team for helping remove termites from our home.

If I could give 6 stars, I would, because Mateo went above and beyond on this one! We had bees that had made a hive inside the eave of the patio. Mateo came out and assessed within 2 hours of me calling him. He promised to be there the next day to take care of the problem and he was there as promised with an assistant. He is a bee whisperer! He was able to remove the entire hive and transfer it to his "special" box without one bee being hurt. He carefully removed wood so that it could be replaced afterwards with no damage. His price was extremely reasonable. In fact, too reasonable. We gave him and his assistant extra because what they were able to do, was more than what they charged for. Very nice person and easy to work with. He even made us a bottle of natural bee honey from the hive, for us to keep. Totally exceeded my expectations.

We decided to call this company after reading so many great reviews..
We had an ant problem in our condo. The ants were coming in through a wall/window in the dinning room. Our condo is located on a second floor and these ants, who were big and had wings, found their way up and inside. We sprayed them with ant killer which killed them, but they kept coming in. We noticed that we had a bigger problem when we found them in the attic, too!
So, we called Goodbye Bugs on Thursday and came on Friday. Mateo, the owner, explained what he needed to do, that he needed to spray inside the wall and the attic with a foam and liquid. He said one time spray service will take care of the problem.
Probably, it is too soon to tell, but on Saturday, there were no more ants coming in through the wall/window in the dinning room.
Mateo is a very pleasant person, honest, professional, and nice to do business with.
Call Mateo for your pest problems. Highly recommended.
