All I wanted was highlights and a nice cut just like I saw in all her pics. I was so excited. She came to NY which saved me a trip to Florida. But the whole experience was way too much for me. She got there more than an hour late. With what felt like an entourage so high end. My biggest mistake and regret I didn't ask how much. I had taken my daughter to give her boost of confidence but cameras and lighting which I didn't ask for was too much for us. And in the end she charged$1800

Never again nor do I ever want to see them again

Don't go unless you're a model. It's what she's really is geared toward. Not regular ppl like me

Diego Casas - he transformed my hair in 2 sessions! I came to him after removing my extensions with a terrible cut (now super short, bleached blonde and with different color roots) and very unhappy. After having beautiful long blonde locks and now short, dry and frazzled, he first gave me a cut that magically gave it more volume and shape. Next appointment he blended my darker roots (also with grey) in with the lighter ends without using bleach and further damaging it and also gave it shine with a condition treatment. I never thought I'd like shorter hair than my extensions but the color, body and effortless style he gave me for a very affordable price makes me finally appreciate my own hair now. Thank you Diego!

This is a very cool, hip and sexy salon in midtown Miami. Great staff and fantastic ambiance. Although prices are higher than most other hair salons, but they provide a great service coupled with a cup of latte and slice of heavenly dessert. If you're new in town, you definitely want to check this place out and ask for Gio who tends to spend an hour trying to create a master piece on your head.

Worst place ever... Most unprofessional salon I have ever been too. I had scheduled my appointment with Dafne, the salon owner.. She showed up an hour later... I showed her a picture of what I wanted (a hair done at her salin and supposedly by her) and she didn't even explain to me anything... she started talking with her assistants about how she had to end her engagement to her fiancee the night before. She didn't even bother to finish my hair, she walked away and left me with two of her assistants because she had a party to attend to...My hair ended up far from similar to the picture I had shown her, and when I asked for some kind of explanation, her assistants tried to foolish me by telling me it was the "lightning" of the room... I was so upset and disappointed.. I was told that if a wanted I could return for a "correction" but I would have to pay for it.. My hair is naturally blond I just wanted to go lighter.. but this place is a rip off.. DONT GO THERE! Thankfully I got my hair fixed somewhere else on time for my Vacation trip..
