I love this salon, it's such a family feeling! When you walk in you can feel the love !

Everyone is soo great from the washing to the styling I love it

I've been to a bunch of different people for blowdries and  haircuts, I'm always happy when I leave!

Would totally recommend to anyone !

Best part is they are open on Sundays!

I have been to a few hair dressers here, they are very professional and friendly.  The staff is very nice as well, I always feel welcome.

I can only say positive things.

Even tho i have tried other stylists, I love Karla, she turned me from dark brown to a blonde and am so happy with the results, I always return to her for my color, she keeps it fresh and never cuts too much off my hair when i need a haircut.

No matter who you choose, I am sure you wont be disappointed.

I'd like to start off with saying I'm not trying to bash any one individual..   I use yelp reviews to find places lIke salons so I can more feel secure  from good reviews.  My recent haircut with Jenni was pretty awful.  i just wanted long clean layers.  I specifically told her several  times I did not want to a choppy, messy look which is exactly what I got.  It's almost like she watched a movie that featured a hair cut and decided that randomly gripping hair and roughly snippy in all directions would do the trick.  She should not be cutting hair.  Maybe she's better at color. When I questioned her mid cut she basically told me to keep my mouth shut.  Not only was the haircut awful but her attitude and manner were pretty rotten as well.  I told her a couple of times she was hurting me with the comb and she just rolled her eyes.  I have so many broken pieces from the way she ripped at my hair with the comb. When I asked her why it was choppy and uneven at the end she just put down the scissors and walked away.

At the end the owner came out who was very nice and I was not charged.  I had to have my normal stylist in NYC even it out and she was horrified at the just random lengths and chops all over.  It will take several months to grow back correctly now.

If you are at all particular about your haircut I would not recommend Jenni.  Again, not trying to bash but if I had seen a similar review  I would have asked for someone else.

I had my haircut with Dani ($47 haircut). She was really professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I am so picky when it comes to hairdressers and she was absolutely amazing! I would love to come back to her.

I am so upset. I've tried to message them and haven't heard anything back about my issue. I've been in tears for days now because I'm getting so many negative comments about my hair.  I had long gorgeous hair and now It's choppy and horrendous. I lost all of my length, I got choppy layers (that I didn't want). I paid for services and I totally regret it. I was trying to be positive about losing all of my hair but with all the negative comments I just can't live this way. I have to now pay for someone else to fix my hair and probably lose more length! I was so happy with their services and trusted them because they never disappointed me before but this is a total slap in my face. I explained what I wanted like I always do and I've never had a problem before, I have no idea what went wrong

This is a great salon. They text you to confirm your appointment and really strive to be on time. The prices are reasonable. The stylists are great. They do expert color. I love both Stephanie and Dani. The salon is part of a sustainability program. I love that it's always very clean.

They also give back to the community. They do haircuts and color for people in need. As part of my work I have asked them to do the hair for the whole family of a special needs girl for her birthday. They made everyone look beautiful and the girl was delighted with her new look.

I highly recommend this salon!

I came down to visit family and needed a haircut badly. I decided to make a next day appointment and went to Dani after reading reviews. I was so happy with the place and how I was greeted.

Dani was so great. Professional and so nice. She made me feel comfortable right away and made me feel she really understood what I wanted.

I absolutely LOVE how my cut turned out, and definitely will go back to get when I am here visiting family!

From the moment you walk in until the time you leave you are taken care of by a great bunch of professionals who make you feel heard and very well taken care of. AVOID THIS SALON AT ALL COST!!!!! They destroy your hair and don't take responsibility for it!!!!!!

I went to The Changing Room to change my hair color to a lighter one. The result was catastrophic, my hair was burned to the point of baldness. The stylist left the bleaching more than 1 hour destroying every fiber of hair I had. She couldn't even brush my hair and became really nervous. She applied a hair mask saying it was complementary on her and told me to leave it through the night. When I got in the my car I removed the hair elastic, just by touching it my hair fell and broke in pieces, in the pictures attached you can see the hair in my lap. Also you can see how she sent me home and the conditions of how it was the next morning. I understand people make mistakes but the problem here is the lack of responsibility of the owner. He only offered me his apologies and that he can only cover treatment on his hair salon, obviously after what happened who could trust any of the salon staff?? To make the matter worse this was on a Thursday and MY GRADUATION is on Tuesday. I went to a PROFESSIONAL hair salon and they had to chopped most of my hair because it was all dead and put extensions so I can have a decent look for my grad and my daily basis routine, not to mentioned that I have lost days of work because of this incident!!!! This people don't want to pay for all the expenses I had to make because of their fault!!! There is also pictures attached of how my hair was before the incident, I had abundant, healthy hair that did not had any treatments on it!!!!! Is going to take at least two years to get my hair back to how it was and $150 minimum in hair treatments to stop being bald!!!! Is not about money is about being responsible of the services you offer and care about your clients which is not the case with this business!!!!! STAY AWAY OF THIS HAIR SALON

Love this place! All girls and guys are very nice, atmosphere is relaxing, prices are transparent and very reasonable, and they are excellent at what they do! Really enjoy going there and ready to drive all the way from Brickell. Last, but not least, they are part of sustainability effort. Kudos!

Such a amazing experience! I loved my haircut and eyebrows done. I didn't even have to explain too much to my stylist,  she exactly understood what I wanted and also used hair products that made my hair look awesome. I have long and thick hair, and I am hard to please when it comes to hair jobs. But my stylist did an amazing job.Normally the humidity in Miami plays havoc on my hair and my blow dry s don't last , but my hair looked awesome throughout the weekend. Also the fact that they have free parking on location helps. I can't wait to come back again!

Adara at the changing room is the best! I was really nervous to try out a new place after my last haircut (over a year ago) got butchered but I was sooooo pleased with my experience here. I showed Adara a few pictures of a previous cut I really loved as well as asking for a few tiny changes to it and it came out exactly how I pictured it in my head. She also kept asking me every step of the way how I felt and if I wanted to change anything. The cut and style is exactly what I hoped for and not only that, Adara is super nice and fun to talk to. I came in wanting to just be satisfied with an extreme haircut (8+ inches off) and left beyond ecstatic with my new hair and also a new stylist.

I found this place on Yelp my guide to everything! Pleasantly surprised that I called on a Saturday afternoon and was able to get in same day. I came for partial highlights $95. and Rosa was a 5+ not only did it look great but she is fast. Very sweet lady felt very comfortable like I knew her forever. When I went to get shampooed I actually knew Caitlyn from the Aveda school as she had done my highlights there. So I inquire about adding a cut and oddly Rosa doesn't cut hair. But she found me Maria. Maria $55.  also very fast gave me a quick trim and framed my face as requested. She dried my hair around my face only and used an iron to make sure the cut was as desired.

Now for the odd thing I believe lost in the shuffle no one blew out my hair? Was it me or was this also an add on I don't know. When I checked out I was charged $150 for a cut and half a head the lady said. Ok no biggie didn't have plans tonight anyway or I would have persued this further.

Will update this next time we will see.

Ok they called me on Monday to see how I liked my hair. I asked about the blow dry. Get this $15. bucks extra?!  On the fence if I will return.

I have been going to see Jenni since 2016. She saved my hair, plain and simple. It was absolutely fried and just wasn't cute ..... it's really hard to find a stylist that you can trust, and I found her. My hair is so so healthy now. She is amazing at highlights and she will never (EVER) cut too much off - you want an inch, she will say ok and show you exactly how much is coming off. She treats all of her clients with respect. Hair stylists are in a tough profession....personally my head would explode if I had her job. But she's a master at her craft, without a doubt. The salon is clean and busy -- always a good sign. Prices are reasonable and fair. You pay for what you get. I love this salon and I love Jenni  you can tell she loves what she does. Book her.

I am so happy I found this place!! I initially came here because of the great reviews and wanted to get color done and a trim. My stylist was Dani and she left my hair exactly as I wanted it!! At first the color was a little too bright but they have a happy hair policy which allows you to return within 7 days. I went back and she toned the color and it came out perfect! The first time she styled my hair with some curls and this time I got it blown out by Nicole which was great! The staff is very friendly and the entire salon has a great energy!

I read all the reviews from this salon and I was so excited to try it! The first time I went I had a great experience with my highlights with Maria. This second time she didn't have any space available so they recommended an other colorist named Rosa. It was a totally different experience. After not being satisfied by the result, the color was literally yellow (they didn't apply any kind of toner) I talked to the colorist and after disagreeing she sent me back to the washing area where they applied an other product to tone down the yellow. The colorist never came to check on the tone, they washed my hair and I had to blow dry my hair by myself (since I didn't want to pay for a blow dry or give away any more money) without any concerns from the colorist to see the result, instead she chose to talk around with people. This time, as no one overviewed at any moment the toner applied, it looked like grey hair in certain areas. Once more they applied an other toner and I had to this time untangle and dry the hair by MYSELF AGAIN! The final result I have 4 different tones of blonde and frizzy hair! In my opinion is so unprofessional to be so careless about a costumer and have no interest in her being satisfied with the result. I felt ignored and as if I was a burden and spent money to go home so unhappy!

I am very upset since I have to travel for work and I have to find someone that can fix this mess!!
